A PDF of your Market Pass will be emailed to you upon purchase. (To access, click "View Order" within your purchase confirmation email) To simplify your entry to the Boutique, be sure to download your Market Pass PDF to your phone’s storage and/or Apple Wallet prior to entry. If you don't have a printed pass or receipt we can look up your pass by name or email at the door. Additional passes may be available for purchase at the entrance if we are not at capacity.

(Disney park admission is not needed to visit the Holiday Market as it is inside Disney's Grand Californian Hotel, not the theme parks.) Early Bird Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend. Simply provide them with your printed ticket or receipt info. Thank you! Your admission helps fund all our events at Disney and beyond!

PARKING: Best short-term Holiday Market parking is in the Downtown Disney lots, or if also visiting the theme parks, use the Mickey & Friends / Pixar Pals Parking Structures. Ride-sharing services are suggested as Disney parking lots may be extremely busy on Sunday in particular.

PARKING TIP: You can get 4 hours of parking for $10 at the Downtown Disney lots with a minimum purchase of $20 and validation at any Downtown Disney location. (We suggest purchasing a $20+ gift card from Starbucks or your favorite locale to use at a later time!)

JOIN OUR DAPPER DAY HOLIDAY OUTING TO DISNEYLAND, SUN, Nov 16!

Dress to impress while visiting both parks of the Disneyland Resort with thousands of other elegant guests! Dress up a little, or a lot—we celebrate fun, refined fashions from vintage classics to contemporary looks. Active and retired service members are encouraged to wear your dress uniforms if you like.

Join our in-park meetups:

  • 2p-or so “Mark Twain Mixer” It's "all aboard" the Mark Twain Riverboat in Frontierland for a friendly voyage around the Rivers of America on this original attraction from 1955.  (If you miss the first departure, or it fills to capacity - just hop on the next one.)
  • 6p “The Dapper Derby” Meet up for a ride on one of 68 antique horses at the Fantasyland carousel. (We'll likely fill the carousel to capacity several times over so no hurry.)

REFUNDS / CANCELLATION POLICY

For the health and safety of all in attendance, we certainly do not want anyone to feel obligated to redeem their Early Bird Ticket to visit our Holiday Market if they are feeling unwell. If you will be unable to attend after purchasing your ticket, you have a few options:

  1. Passes may be transferred to another guest. Simply provide them your pass pdf or receipt info. 
  2. Requests for a refund of your unredeemed Early Bird Ticket must be received before the end of the Early Bird window, 12PM PST, Saturday, Nov 15 2025, by emailing shop@dapperday.com with your purchase confirmation number and reason for requesting a refund. Only unredeemed ticket purchases will be considered for a refund. 

Please allow up to 2 weeks for a refund to be processed, as we can become extremely busy around our event weekend.

In the event that the Holiday Market is canceled, unredeemed tickets will automatically be refunded.
