Refund policy
ONLINE SHOP RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy for returnable items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return by emailing shop@dapperday.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.
Some items like face masks, and cosmetics, are non-returnable. Non-returnable, or final sale items will say so in their item description.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact shop@dapperday.com within 48 hours of receipt and we will be happy to assist you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note, vintage or previously owned items are likely to have signs of wear or age, and will not be in perfect condition. These items will be specifically labeled as such in their descriptions. Please review all photos of any vintage or previously owned item before purchasing so you are familiar with its condition.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item by emailing shop@dapperday.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds for Merchandise
For refunds to be accepted, we must be notified within 30 days of purchase. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, this may take up to two weeks.
For exchange/returns that are required due to our part ( i.e. damaged, wrong measurements), a Return Label will be provided with proof of error. For all other inquiries, please note that shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and non-refundable.
All Final Sale Items and Cosmetics are non-fundable. Other items must be unused and in the same condition as you received it for it to be eligible for a refund.
All orders delivered outside the U.S. are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds for Tickets
If you will be unable to attend after purchasing Expo admission, you have a few options:
- Passes may be transferred to another guest. Simply provide them your pass pdf or receipt info.
- Requests for a refund of your unredeemed Expo admission must be received before the close of our Expo by emailing shop@dapperday.com with your Expo pass purchase confirmation number and reason for requesting a refund. Only unredeemed pass purchases will be considered for a refund.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for a refund to be processed, as we can become extremely busy around our Expo weekend.
