Free from zips or buttons, the elastic waist on our Popover Dress makes it easy to pop right on over! Enjoy a full skirt, and deep pockets. Pair with our matching ‘Kyōsai Skeletons’ Meadow Blouse for a long-sleeve look.
Our print of skeletons playing in a graveyard was designed by DAPPER DAY Founder, Justin J., with 19th-century illustrations by the celebrated (and notorious) Japanese artist Kawanabe Kyōsai 河鍋暁斎 1831-1889.
Nicknamed "The Painting Demon" by a mentor, likely for his prolific output – and fondness for sake, he is credited with creating the first manga magazine in 1874.
